**活動亮點回顧：** 

1. **家庭議題探討** 

  公盟教育主席潘鑑成（Frank Poon）與資深義工湯麗芳女士，以生動演講及一曲《賭徒夫妻故事》揭開賭博對家庭的危害，引發共鳴。 

2. **心理健康急救訓練推廣** 

  講座強調心理健康急救對社區的重要性，並預告九月將開設專為青少年設計的培訓課程，呼籲大眾關注心理福祉。 

3. **11/4投票日倡議** 

  分析Braintree與Quincy兩市選舉職位及人口種族比例，鼓勵居民行使投票權，現場反應熱烈。 

4. **藝文表演助興** 

  男高音義工孫振竣獻唱《男兒當自強》，激昂歌聲將氣氛推向高潮，為活動畫下完美句點。

**The Midsummer Lobster Day event on 8/2 was a resounding success, thanks to the collaboration between Civic Education Alliance (CEA) and the Braintree Chinese Association (CAAB), which created unforgettable memories for the community.**

Held during the peak of the summer lobster season, the "Lobster Day" event attracted over 50 residents. Attendees enjoyed fresh and delectable lobster, locally sourced organic potatoes, and sweet corn while engaging in meaningful discussions on various topics that fostered community connection.

**Event Highlights:**

1. **Discussion on Family Issues**

 Civic Education Alliance (CEA) Chairman Frank Poon and volunteer Ms. Lisa Tang delivered an engaging talk, accompanied by the poignant song "The Gambler Couple's Story." Their presentation highlighted the harmful effects of gambling on families, resonating deeply with attendees.

2. **Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training**

  The lecture underscored the significance of mental health first aid within the community and announced an upcoming training course aimed at youth in September, urging everyone to prioritize mental well-being.

3. **Voting Day Initiative for November 4th**

  Participants explored the racial demographics of elected positions and the local population in Braintree and Quincy, encouraging residents to exercise their right to vote. This initiative sparked enthusiastic responses from the audience.

4. **Cultural Performances**

  The event reached its peak with a stirring performance by tenor volunteer Sun Zhenjun, who sang "A Man Should Be Self-reliant," leaving attendees inspired and uplifted.
